Cancellations & Rescheduling

a) All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date

or person. If you cancel or reschedule, the booking fee will act as a

cancellation fee, and a new fee will be required to rebook.

b) If I (Salemah) need to cancel your booking, your booking fee will be

refunded in full or transferred to a new date, depending on your preference.

c) Late cancellations (within 48 hours of your appointment) or failure to attend

will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. This must be paid

before any future bookings can be made.

Lateness

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened

or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Repeated lateness may result in the refusal of future bookings.

Travel

Call-out fees start at $120 and may vary depending on distance, location, and

accessibility. Valet parking may be requested at some venues, and any related

Costs will be the client's responsibility.

Respect & Communication

Emah Beauty promotes a professional and respectful environment.

Ghosting, harassment, or failure to communicate regarding bookings will result

in cancellation and refusal of future appointments.

These policies exist to ensure a fair and positive experience for all clients.

Health & Safety

Your health, safety, and well-being are my top priority.

While every precaution is taken to maintain hygiene and safety standards,

Emah Beauty cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities

to products used during your service.

If you or anyone in your group has known allergies, sensitivities, or medical

conditions, please inform me before your appointment so that suitable adjustments can be made.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that Emah Beauty and its

Representatives are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health-

related issues arising from voluntary participation in the service.

If any client shows signs of antisocial behaviour or actions that compromise the

safety or wellbeing of others, services may be paused or discontinued.

Children

Hot styling tools and professional products are used during appointments,

which can pose safety risks. For this reason, children must be supervised by a

responsible adult at all times. Emah Beauty is not liable for any injuries or

damages resulting from unsupervised children.

Acknowledgment

By making a booking and/or paying a deposit, you confirm that you have

read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

You acknowledge that you are legally bound by them and accept all policies

regarding deposits, cancellations, and service conduct.
